Our complaints are: 1. There is no mineral water as a welcome drink in each room. 2. There is no bath mat. 3. The bathtub is broken. 4. Dirty / turbid water. 5. The second day the water did not flow, he said the jetpump was broken. So we had difficulty watering defecation and we were forced to let it float in the closet. 6. There is a damaged ac. 7. There is a broken bathroom door. 8. Reception does not standby 24 hours. 9. The yard is dirty, lots of chicken manure because of keeping 3 kate chickens left to roam the yard. 10. One of the rooms that we ordered was damaged so we were moved to another room and forced to pay the difference in price. Even though it was not our fault. And we were forced to pay it. The officer has contacted the owner but we are still forced to pay. 11. Parking is limited / narrow. 12. The parking lot gate is not open 24 hours, which makes it difficult to get in and out at night. 13. Officers and owners do not care about our complaints. 14. We were asked to check out even though we still have the right to spend another night for the night, because of an error in the officer in recording our order. Very unprofessional. 15. We are very, very, very DISAPPOINTED and KAPOK stays at the place. 16. In our opinion, the place is VERY NOT RECOMENDED ... !!! In order to be a concern and improvement for the owner and officers at Marina Suite Apartment Bali.
