The staff reminded us and delivered the items we left behind, which was great. A complaint about the hot water not working was handled the same day.

The villa is comfortable and nice. Suggestions, in the future, please improve the cleanliness, especially for the bathroom which is really lacking in fragrance, as soon as you enter it immediately smells. Second, maybe every time there are guests, the gallon water can be checked and tasted first, because when I was there it felt like the water was old and the gallon in the dispenser was very dusty. Third, the cooking utensils provided are also inspected regularly because some are rusty and unusable. Fourth, there was a cockroach in the upstairs room when I was sleeping. Overall, except for these 4 notes, all good. Staff service is okay.

Convenient location, with views of Mount Singgalang and Mount Marapi visible from the hotel. It's also nice to have a mini swimming pool.

Overall okay, just the toilet is not clean and the water pressure is not strong.

The bathroom water was off, there was no air conditioning, and the bedroom still smelled. The fried rice I ate had an incomplete egg, and it had no flavor.

Overall, it's really good. I've stayed here three times. The service is great and the price is affordable. 👍🏻. I once arrived before check-in time, but they still let me in. 🤭

The location is very accessible, close to the Clock Tower. The villa is clean, but unfortunately, the mosquitoes make it a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast is fried rice, which is actually delicious if there isn't too much salt, but unfortunately, we ended up with lumps of salt in two of our six boxes of fried rice. Thank you Bamboosa, hopefully it will be better in the future.
