The receptionist was friendly, but the other staff were busy playing with their phones. The room floor could have been cleaner at check-in. They provided a bolster, but you can see the condition in the photos, so it's better not to provide one. The bathroom sink pipe isn't connected, so if you use it, it gets wet everywhere. Luckily, the hot water is okay. I got the room closest to the road, so the sound penetrates. There were also a lot of mosquitoes on the first day. It seems they weren't prepared to receive guests. When they tidied up the room, the sheets weren't made, just covered with a blanket. The location is okay, on the side of a big road, that's the only positive for me.

The sheets weren't changed, so it was itchy when I slept. But the staff was friendly. The faucet was faulty, so it made a buzzing sound when I slept.

It's a nice stay here, right on the roadside, so you can find food while walking. The room is also clean, except there are no towels provided, so don't forget to bring your own.

Night Reception Staff 01 Nov 2025 The lady is very nice and friendly, I really like her, the room is standard for this price, the AC is quite cold, the bathroom and toilet are quite clean, but the room is not soundproof, so my child's crying can be heard outside :) Luckily no one screamed, what about my baby :) For breakfast, before 8 o'clock the bread was finished, the fruit pudding was finished, the main meal was refilled again, In conclusion, it was quite pleasant, if I want to stop by Bontang again, I will stay here
