Comfortable, friendly, polite, not noisy

The city view is amazing, perfect for relaxing by the window. The swimming pool and gym are accessible until 10 PM, which is the best 👍. The breakfast has so many variations that you'll have a hard time choosing, there's even rolled ice cream. The restaurant staff are also friendly, and offered ice cubes if you wanted iced coffee.

Friendliness, smiles, greetings from staff should be improved further... so that guests are more comfortable and happy.
