It's conveniently located right next to the train tracks food court.

The staff were polite, but they didn't carry my luggage to my room. The water heater was broken, so I had to take a cold shower.

The hotel staff was friendly. However, the lobby was very cramped, sharing space with the massage parlor, which is also located in the lobby. The hallway leading to the rooms after exiting the elevator was very messy. The rooms were basic. It's sufficient for sleeping and cleaning, but if you're looking for a pleasant hotel experience, I think you should look elsewhere. On the plus side, the hotel's location is very close to Train Street and many restaurants and other eateries.

On weekend the road was close so you need to walk to reach the hotel but still ok. So near to train street. So if you want to feel morning or night ambience, surely can. The room was small and kind of hard to open 3 large luggage. Also the space before arrive on your room quite narrow and there was cleaning tools in front of the lift. The key still manual.

The room is clean, the staff is enthusiastic, the electricity and water are both very strong so the voltage is very stable. The location is right on the dining street so it is suitable for food enthusiasts. If I have a chance to go to Hanoi, I will stop by again

Strategic location near Hanoi Train Street where you can find many restaurants around there. The building is new with clean and large room, well equipted. Unfortunately there is no light in the room corridor at the night. I have booked a room with balcony but the staff said it was broken so I got a room change with a good compensation. Thankyou, we enjoyed our stay here!

Good location. Many restaurants and cafes in front of Hotel. Near to Hanoi Train Street. Ling and receiptionist guy staff were very nice and helpful. We had a great time staying here. Xin Chao.

Close to train cafe. Close to night market old quarter. Gampang pokoknya. Thankyou memory legends hotel. Service OK. Helpfully.

First, we are booking this hotel. Then we went out of town for 2 days come back and want to stay with this hotel for 1 night. However when we are on the way the receptionist sent us a messages that hotel had a problem so they sent us to another hotel and said this is new hotel better than we booked that time we got to that places around 9:30 pm. When we saw the location and hotel that they moved us oh my God! Horrible situation and nightmare please take a look pictures enclosed. So bad experience for us and how can I get the refund back. The receptionist told us they will cancel the booking for us and we can get the refund back. So far we do not get anything at all. I will not recommend this to anyone. Thank god that we are still alive.

1. ห้องพักถูกเปลี่ยนทั้งที่เลือกแบบมีระเบียงมา และโรงแรมอีเมล์มาแจ้งตอนบ่าย2แล้วว่าห้องพร้อมให้เช็คอิน แต่พอมาถึงเปลี่ยนให้ไปห้องอื่นแจ้งแค่ว่าห้องมีปัญหา เราได้นอนห้องชั้น4มีหน้าต่างที่มองไม่เห็นวิวอะไรเลยแถมดูอึดอัดด้วย 2. ทีวีที่ห้องมีปัญหา ทางพนักงานไม่สามารถแก้ไขอะไรได้ สุดท้ายถ้าเราไม่ลองหาวิธีก็คือไม่ได้ดูทีวี 3. พนักงานพยายามตื๊อให้กด5ดาวให้ทางโรงแรม ทั้งทางแอปtraveloga และทาง Google Map ซึ่งพอเราแจ้งว่าเรารู้วิธี เค้าพยายามให้เรากดvote ตอนนั้นเลย 4. ห้องพัก แอร์ไม่เย็นเลยและเสียงแอร์ดังมาก พอๆกับเสียงคนจากร้านอาหารรอบๆโรงแรม ถ้าเป็นคนไม่ชอบเสียงดังไม่แนะนำ เพราะเราอยู่ชั้น4 เสียงคนที่ดื่มกินจากร้านอาหารข้างล่างชัดมาก ยาวจนถึงตีสองถึงจะเงียบสนิท 5. ห้องเก่า กว่าในรูป ข้อดีของที่นี่คือ อยู่ใกล้แหล่งร้านค้าและของกิน

โรงแรมสะอาดมาก พนักงานเป็นมิตรมาก แนะนำ ใครอยากได้ที่พักใกล้แหล่งของกิน คาเฟ่ ลงมามีมินิมาท ที่นี้เลย 10/10
