The hotel was clean and the staff were enthusiastic. However, for the room rate, not getting two free bottles of mineral water is a bit disappointing 😡

I forgot my personal items, a mini fan. When I called, the hotel said they would check and let me know. The next day, I still hadn't heard anything, and when I called again, I couldn't get through.

No more rooms from noon but still leave rooms available on the website until evening, if there is a problem then let the customer solve it themselves, even arrange a temporary room and charge more money instead of refunding, in general poor service mindset, should not try.
