Close to restaurants around the hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, especially if you bring children. There was a miscommunication when we first arrived, being given a room number that was occupied. I went downstairs and reported it to the receptionist, who immediately exchanged the key for a new and correct one. The pool provides clean towels and a decent shower area. Breakfast is decent but lacks variety. Laundry is fast and very neat.

If you have any issues with your room, don't hesitate to contact housekeeping. Yesterday, the AC was overheating, so I called and they came right away. They were quick and immediately cooled it down.

The blanket needs to be upgraded, its yellow and looks really worn out. Another thing that is intolerable is the mattress is VERY HARD. It's like sleeping on a hardboard (at first). After complaining, it got better, but still. It's not worth it for the price of the room and the quality of the bed which is VERY hard.

The best hotel in Palembang, nearby Pempek Beringin Resto, Starbucks, Alfamart, and Indomaret. All staff are friendly. Very fast response. Will always stay here every time I am in Palembang.

The hotel staff was friendly, from the front security guard to the smiling Daniel at reception, April who helped me with a problem in my room, and Robby who was super quick when I requested a laundry bag.
