It's nice, you can swim, but you have to wear a swimsuit. The rooms are also cleaned daily. The only problem is the parking is limited, as it's not inside the building, so it's hot.

Everything was great except the pool was too small, and not enough staff to watch, so there were still guests that smoked near children swimming by the pool. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay. The location [is] near to everything we need, the staff were nice, in-room dining [was] delicious and not too pricey, the room was exceptional. Definitely a go-to hotel if you ever go to Palembang.

The rooms are quite large, the staff is friendly, there's a children's play area while waiting to check in, it's quite close to the city center, and there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby, making it easy to find. Just a suggestion: when I was here yesterday, the pool was a bit murky, unlike before; perhaps this could be addressed.
