The view is so wonderful, I like the place because not quite noisy and the staff very friendly.

They don't clean room on a daily basis

Friendly staff. Great scenery!

The hotel is perfect getaway from a busy crowd however the "native beach front" we are expecting is not given to us due to renovation. if that is the case, hotel should not open nor offer this to online bookings. We are dissatisfied on our booking.

These guys need to get their act together. Room is leaking, there are bed bugs and ants everywhere, food sucks (they served us canned sardines in an omelet! pancakes without syrup), front desk is oblivious to arrangements you've already made via email. Poor employees are doing their best, but seems like no one is managing them and the hotel, it's deteriorating. Too bad, the view is spectacular.

We had a great time staying here at Orange Pearl. The view is the most satisfying feeling while staying here. ❤️ Will surely recommend this place to others and surely will be back soon 😊

Air conditioning is kaput and water pressure is bad.

Beach front is rocky part, and the breakfast is soso. Room is spacious but no soap and toothbrushes provided.

The moment I checked in, the receptionist told me there will be no electricity from 9am to 5pm every day, she told me their facility running on power generators, no wifi connection as stated and awful breakfast choice with instant coffee, booked for 3 nights but checking out after 2nd nights to find other good hotels.

No trashcans, no wifi.

The resort is like more than 500 steps from where they dropped us. Yes it is beachfront but too far and you need to climb up 86 steps. Second, the room is quite old and with bedbugs and cockroaches, no TV and poor signal, no WIFI at all! 3rd no electric power from 10 am till 5 am which was explained to us upon check in! Will not recommend this resort! Yes, it is cheap but sorry, not satisfied at all!

The staff we’re very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast are awesome. However, rooms is full of insects to the point that we asked if they will have something for the mosquitoes. We have a kid, so I am very worried. Ceilings are broken I suggest that they must fix it. But since staffs are very nice, somehow we are satisfied with our stay.

Great place to stay! Amazing view of the beach. you have access to las cabañas and marimegmeg beach. Very cheerful and accommodating staff. We felt safe during our stay as security guards are everywhere.

Had a beautiful view and pleasant staff. Could use some better management though. Have to walk down a long stairway and down the beautiful beach to get there, but in my opinion well worth it. Secluded and out of the busy town.

I arrived under the heavy rain and did not know that we had to walk by the beach about 7-8mins carrying our baggage to get to the hotel (no access to any type of vehicle). Our things were all wet! The room was not good enough as there were a lot of ants and the water was not clean.

Staff, location are both great! :) we are group of 10 adult and 1 kid and all of us had a great time :) They were able to arrange our Tour and van back to PPS last minute. Thank you Orange Pearl for a great experience! We will surely come back!

Nice stay, but we have to walk quite far from entrance to hotel lobby

Accommodation was unacceptable. Toilet became flooded due to drainage problem, stinks as well, aircon not sufficient. They gave us other room to stay in for one night. Decided to make early check out. Will would like to request for a refund for the one night that we booked because we decided to check out earlier that expected.

Deceitful photos of room offerings. They also failed to inform guest that you have to go down a 70 step stairs and walk 200m carrying your own baggages before you can reach the property. Broken generator and no wifi. When we decided to cancel due to these problems, it takes them forever to refund. All their contact numbers are not working as well. Better look elsewhere.

the room was clean and good, the staffs are very approachable and accommodating, the food for breakfast is good..until next time again..
