no cupboard / table, no doormats, no toilet mirror, water hitter does not work, water often runs out, buckets and scoops should be available to hold water

Room lots of cockroaches and mosquitoes, toilet and bathroom very dirty. There are no clothes hangers at all, actually the toilet and shower are of good quality and function. Just not maintained.

Too expensive, should be under 100,000.
