Villa is ok, a bit noisy. Poor soundproofing, people swimming loudly can hear clearly in the room. Need to improve Staff is very enthusiastic

Enthusiastic staff, beautiful and clean hotel

Nice room, with many trees, clean swimming pool, enthusiastic and friendly staff. However, the breakfast is a bit small with a hit when there are guests eating and drinking karaoke until late, causing annoying noise. Everything else is very good

The villa is fine but the food is a bit poor. The building is bad because I'm a native.

The location of the hotel is quite far from the center but that absolutely does not affect much our trip. We had a good time checking in and hope to have a good memory here ... Nhung-receptionist made us completely change that thought about the hospitality as well as the kindness of a tourist staff at this hotel. From the story we complain about the poor wifi system, to the late check-out of 30 minutes because my child is having a fever after vaccination, I think she should never be a travel agent.

Quiet resort, nice room, swimming pool view, I like pool and food from resort's restaurant, reasonable price and delicious. Score 10 for this place 👍🏻👍🏻

A number of receptionists are not very professional, especially when there is a problem with the exchange at the reservation room (double bed room is made up of 2 single beds, so there is a gap in the middle). However, the hotel still changes rooms to accommodate guests (very ok) 2. The morning food is not very much, and the cool stuff (congee) 3. Very happy about the pool

I'm quite satiffied when staying here. The breakfast is good. The pool is exactly look like on the photos. However, I'm not really comfortable when checking in. My first impression is a lots regutations by my side in my stay here. And somes of staffs, they dont really respect the guest in the breakfast time. They do something very noisy in the kitchen, they talk to each others a lot, louder than guests, because they think the foriegners cant understand. I dont like their attitude. The font desk is helpful.

Spacious rooms, beautiful swimming pool. However, the restaurant was too small, my parents ate less than 20 minutes and waited for me to eat, when the restaurant manager invited me to stand up and speak very impolitely. My parents picked up the food, they also followed and reminded me to pick up less not to pick up much. I asked for some ice to bring up my room very politely and told a restaurant staff member to answer me that the "limb" was very uncomfortable and glared away. I am also a service person who understands bufet culture, how the hotel culture is but is treated like going to ask for something to eat. Actually this Sen vila looked over and I saw that the service was not professional, except for the friendly staff and I gave my luggage. The receptionist and restaurant are quite funky.

The new clean hotel will have a beautiful view of the swimming pool and very clean security guard and the bus driver shuttle bus is quite warm and crowded buffet breakfast but the dining room is quite small, the food is very small and not delicious but the office, The receptionist and the breakfast buffet staff were not very friendly, my team consisted of 4 rooms at 2n1d 25-26 / 8/18 at check-in or went out or asked the staff to ask again if the group was coming to check in tomorrow. ? and always remind me to check out early at around 11:00 onwards so I don't feel welcome at this place even though my booking is very clear that I book 2n1d here! It is unclear what the hotel means with asking again and again about the group's stay

I am very satisfied with the service and the room quality at the senvilla resort. Unfortunately, the resort is a bit far from the old town, not a bike ride.

Nice and clean rooms, friendly and kind staff, quiet space, nice view outside, pool available towels for guests to use. There is no elevator, but the staff are very attentive, bring things up for guests and run to help move things down even though I have not called. However, please advise that there is a clear breakfast menu for guests to know, because there are a number of kitchen orders to serve but I was not introduced so I do not know and the main name plate of the resort has not really stood out. , the first time I went there but I didn't see it :)
