Clean hotel, delicious food, comfortable rooms, strategic location. If I get the chance, I'll stay at this hotel again.

Very comfortable and highly recommended. This was my first time at this hotel with my family. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the layout is attractive. The swimming pool and kids' activities are also excellent, especially the heated pool for children. The food is delicious and varied. Always a success.

The hotel concept is unique, the interior is nice, the location is in the city center and the facilities are complete.

The hotel staff was fast response. When I checked in, the front desk was very busy and there was a staff member who took the initiative to help me check in and I was asked to sit while waiting for the data input process.

In essence, it is highly recommended and the pool is not indoor, so it is cool even during the day to accompany swimming... the breakfast is delicious, there are lots of variations, the room is spacious

The bed and pillows are really not very comfortable. The bed is hard and the pillows are flat.

The location is close to delicious restaurants, just a short walk away. Unique room layout, separate toilet and shower. Heated children's pool. Easy elevator access. The staff is top-notch...very friendly.

This hotel is recommended, especially for a hotel rate of around 700,000 Rupiah. Many hotels in Bandung nowadays rely solely on aesthetic design and charge high rates. The hotel's design is beautiful, the cleanliness is excellent, the sheets and towels are clean, the beds are large enough, the staff are friendly, the swimming pool is quite good, the amenities are good, the internet and TV are good, and the location is great. However, there are only a few rooms with city and mountain views, so those without a view are definitely disappointing. Luckily, yesterday I got a room with a great view. Parking is also limited, but the parking staff were very helpful. Another plus was that I was able to check in at 2 PM without a long wait and received a welcome drink in the lobby. If there's one thing that could be improved, it's the hot water temperature, which is still a bit lacking.

Nice. Clean. Warm pool with mountain views. The room was also very comfortable, with a separate toilet and bathroom. I'd love to go back there again next time to just lie down.
