new, beautiful hotel, friendly staff, overcrowded pool and strong chlorine smell

- Giường nằm đau lưng vô cùng. - Buffet sáng sơ sài, chỗ ngồi chật hẹp, phải ghép bàn. - Đang ngồi ăn, bát đĩa đang sử dụng thì phục vụ bàn ra thu dọn, mặc dù đã bảo là đang dùng vẫn thu dọn.

The location is far from the center, the room is secret, the breakfast is delicious. The first time there is a hotel where the baby vomits on the bed sheet and asks the guest to pay for the laundry

Service staff is not enthusiastic. Massage room, inappropriate staff uniforms, even asking guests for tips. Hope the hotel adjusts to make customers more satisfied

Khách sạn nhìn chung sạch sẽ, rộng rãi, vị trí trung tâm. Nhân viên lễ tân nhiệt tình nhanh nhẹn, hỗ trợ cho khách hàng gửi thực phẩm vào ngăn đông, cảm ơn khách sạn. Ngoài ra có một vài lưu ý mong khách sạn sẽ cải thiện hơn: Khi check out nhân viên mất khá nhiều thời gian để kiểm đồ, mì tôm trong phòng do khách trước ăn chưa để thêm vào lại báo xuống là do phòng mình dùng, nên mất thêm thời gian. Đồ ăn sáng thiếu phong phú, có bánh cuốn khá ngon nhưng thời gian chờ lâu vì ai cũng thích món đấy. Khách sạn có thể xem lại menu để cân đối các món cho phù hợp. Ga gối có vết bẩn (tôi được giải thích đấy là vết sắt chứ không phải bẩn hay máu), tuy nhiên với kháchsạn 4 sao thì chăn ga gối khăn cần sach tinh tươm, nếu có vết thì không nên trải.

Nice stay, newly furnished. But the pool is out front which doesnt look attractive to use

Not elaborate in the service. Massage is not good through speakers and signs of soliciting guests to Z. The staff laughed loudly, the room was poorly soundproofed, the food was tight.

In the evening, the hotel room nearby is noisy at night, hotel staff do not remind. Buffet breakfast is not worthy of a 4 star hotel.
