Bellman is enthusiastic, the hotel is quite old. One thing I don't like is that the shower is on the left hand side and quite difficult to use.

Central location, friendly staff, clean and airy rooms. The food is not very rich, and the day I stayed was March 8th, a weekend so it was very crowded and many dishes ran out very quickly.

Old room. 4-star hotel but like a guesthouse. No soundproofing. Bed smells bad. Blankets and pillows also smell bad. Not comfortable and clean.

Central location, convenient for traveling. Welcome cake upon arrival. Friendly, enthusiastic staff. Clean rooms, but old furniture, 2-way air conditioning but a bit loud. I stayed 1 night on a cross-country trip so I didn't expect too much. Maybe because the hotel has been in operation for a long time, there is little renovation so the public areas are not renovated or cared for much so they look old. Breakfast has many dishes.

Hotel is clean and well maintained. All staff professional, courteous and always willing to help. Location is good as it is central and the hotel room is well insulated from the outside noise. The outstanding point of this hotel is really the staff.

Very dirty, the air-conditioned bedroom is not cool, there is no hot water! 4 stars but the room is very bad! I used to stay in Muong Thanh, the gate of the East, and found it very good, so I gave it a try but had a bad experience here. I don't want to come back.

Old and subsidized look The floor mats are disgusting. Toilet, wooden splints, wall panels… degrading! Wifi dropped and weak! The staff seemed to be quite welcoming. In general…2.5-3 stars are the same, and need to upgrade and refresh.

Lễ tân không thân thiện. Phòng dùng thảm, thảm này lâu năm nên rất cũ và chắc là bẩn . Mùi cực kỳ hôi . Mình ngủ không ngon giấc vì mùi hôi của phòng , mà 99% đến từ sàn thảm. Khăn mặt khá cũ.
