Friendly and can be relied on to wake you up for sahur

The staff is very friendly. Calm atmosphere.

Sprei dan handuk perlu diganti. Warna nya sudah blawuk'en.

Petugas reseption dan parkir kurang ramah pada custamer.

Ternyata hotel c stone, tidak ada bayar lewat on line, akibanya uangku yang bayar lewat on line gak diakui dan harus bayar lagi hilanglah uangku.

Suasana hotel tenang dan ssngat privasi terhadap tamunya.

The room is really narrow, it feels like a boarding house 😭 the price is 189, it's better than an o*o hotel. Yes, you choose one person, but it's not that narrow, the room has to be given. I won't come back again, I've given up!

Only 1 toiletries, no toothpaste, no shampoo, no drinking water, but overall is ok.

Terpaksa menginap di sini karena ada keperluan di Samsat Kenjeran, tempat ini yang paling deket. Mau cari tempat lain udah capek banget. Banyak minusnya, plusnya cuma 1:1. Resepsionis shift pagi & malam ga ada yang ramah, jutek semua. Abis liat kamar bawah mau pindah kamar atas aja masih nyuruh orang buat ngecek kamarnya. Kalo niat bawa barang-barang ya pasti langsung pergi dong. Aneh. 2. Tugas satpam ngapain? Cuma bantuin parkir. Bukain pintu gerbang + sebrangin ke jalan juga nggak. 3. Lampu kamar remang-remang, ga ada lampu pengganti. 4. Bantal bau jigong semua empat-empatnya. Udah lusuh banget, yakin bekas banyak orang ga pernah diganti. 5. Kamar sempit bingung juga mau sholat dimana karena ga yakin tempatnya ga najis. 6. Tamu 2 orang sabun mandi & pasti gigi cuma dapat 1. 7. Handuk uda kasar banget. 8. Pertama masuk kamar, handuk + keset nya di atas kasur. 9. Ga ada welcome drink. 10. Kamar udah include breakfast tapi jam 7 sepi, ga ada makanan sama sekali. 11. Plusnya cuma 1, mas-mas pelayannya aja yang pada ramah-ramah. Lainnya 👎.

A cheap hotel, small rooms, like really small rooms. There is spiders on the ceilings, spiders. I cleand up the webbing my self, they don't even bother to clean it up before check in. There is simple breakfast.

Not comfortable, cleanliness is also not good.

Actually it's good. But yesterday in the bathroom the jet shower leaked so it was like damp. Then the lights are also a bit dim, no additional lights.

The food is only fried rice.

The hotel asks for a price charge outside the application. Worth half the price. Very not recommended. Guards cannot be communicated.

The hotel is on a highway side, rooms are clean, bathrooms are also clean. The staff is good, only the breakfast is not fresh. It looks like it isn't cooked in the morning.
