The hotel is beautiful, luxuriously styled, has an iron in the room, and allows luggage storage before and after check-in. The morning shift receptionist is friendly and humorous and makes delicious water. However, the toilet is still dirty, the hair dryer has something on it that can't be cleaned off, the trash can is a bit difficult to use, the toilet when coming in from the outside will feel yellow as if it hasn't been flushed, in fact it hasn't been cleaned. The receptionist on the evening shift was quite upset with us for some reason, so I felt the experience was not complete. I hope the hotel will fix the shortcomings and thank you.
