The Wi-Fi was intermittent and very weak. The TV wouldn't turn on, neither with the internet nor the picture. Parking was limited. The street was dusty. There were mosquitoes in the room.

The room was clean, a little small, but the location was convenient for getting around.

I booked a room here but unexpectedly wanted to add another night before arrival. However, I booked the wrong dates and the hotel is non-refundable. I hope the hotel can assist me when I arrive in Da Lat; that would be wonderful.

Staffs are really friendly. I actually had a meeting at 1 PM so I asked her if I could make some payment to check in early, and she asked me for the number to see if any room could be ready by that time. I returned to the hotel at 11:30 and she offered me a room already, which is pretty huge for one person and with view (if you’re too picky, the view is not that nice because there were trashes on the roof). She said because the smaller rooms are not ready but I need to prepare for my work so I could take this room, that was so nice of her and I did ask for the extra-fee but she refused to take it!

The room was nice, clean, close to the city center, and very affordable (only 2xx during a sale). The staff were also very enthusiastic and friendly.

The location is very convenient for the city center, only about a 5-minute walk to the market, but the room smells very musty and damp, and at night there's a constant, unpleasant banging noise. In short, it's just a place to sleep, nothing more.

Very bad hotel. The rooms are all moldy. The hotel has just been taken over by a new owner. The rooms are very dirty, dusty, and hair is not clean. When I asked the staff to see the room, my friend said that was the price he booked so the room was only like that, a VERY BAD experience.

Here is for the owner: - The reception was extremely good, he did support us to check-in at 4:00am as we booked the room for the whole day yesterday. - The attitude is good and friendly, this is the whole point to enter this hotel - Room cleanliness is a big problem, it has a musty smell, and there are particularly dark, reddish stains in the corners. I use scented candle to push away the musty smell ... I hope the owner to upgrade the room condition, you have best location, reasonable price (not cheap), so the room offer must be equilvalent to the price. Hope your business grow better.

Near the center, convenient for traveling. Friendly staff is also okay. But the room quality is very bad if you book a cheap room. Moldy and smelly.

The hotel is a bit run-down, the walls are moldy, the cheap rooms have no windows or ventilation system so it is stuffy and smelly. The room has a window, the rain is heavy, the glass door cannot drain fast enough and the water flows into the room.
