The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, especially the reception. The most useless thing is the security. Vehicles entering and leaving are just left and right, just sitting there looking like the CCTV is on. Other than that, the hotel staff and the hotel are fine. (Security)

Check-in was easy. The hotel staff was very friendly. I was assisted by Mr. Ari, who was always ready to help with all my room needs. Every day we were offered to change the sheets or towels, but we chose not to because we felt it was still clean. Trash was picked up every time; if there was a lot, it could be put outside and immediately collected. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a window facing the street, so the kids really enjoyed looking outside. Mineral water was available in the room. It was very sufficient. The hot water was great. The Wi-Fi was fast, both in the room and in the lobby. The prayer room was clean, and there was a bathroom. There was also a public toilet. There was a welcome drink on Saturdays. I will stay here again if I go to Bandung. Worth it.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are small but clean, the price is also affordable, it's close to Setrasari Mall and there are lots of food stalls in front of the hotel, so it's easy to find food at night. Supermarkets and minimarkets are also nearby, making it a great location. It's perfect for staying alone or with a couple.

For this price, the hotel is very worth it, from the good service, friendly, the check-in and check-out process is also fast, the room is comfortable, but the bedsheets are a bit less clean, there are stains. Apart from that, it is satisfying, there are many food vendors near the hotel, so you don't have to worry if you are hungry.

First time staying here during office work while 5 months pregnant, came again when the child was 14 years old, did not have high expectations for the facilities at this hotel, but really admire the hotel even though it has been around for a long time but is well maintained, what is certain is that this hotel is clean, the rooms and towels, bathrooms are clean, easy access, friendly employees, fast wifi, finding food/breakfast is also easy, this is the most important thing.
