Short overnight stay. Clean and tidy room. Helpful staff.

Clean, but asked charging more for any basic services: extra pillow, etc. No iron, the receptionist told to come to laudry room, but it turned out it s industry iron and cannot be used for normal purpose.

Decor looks luxurious and clean. However, the refrigerator and equipment seem a bit old, the soundproofing is not good, and the outside noise is quite loud. Check in, check out and room cleaning staff are enthusiastic and friendly. In general, staying temporarily is fine.

I feel satisfied. Staff are older but very comfortable with guests. I book a single room. Rooms are clean, dry. Only the door of the bathroom door is stuck. The bathroom is very clean and more beautiful than the hotels I have traveled a lot.
