Not a fun experience at all, booked a room & paid in full on Traveloka but when I arrived the hotel said they didn't receive any information & stopped cooperating with Traveloka for a long time, why are they still selling rooms??? The hotel supported checking in at another villa & making a new payment, but for the old booking, Lotus or Traveloka haven't contacted me to refund.

Room is good, friendly staff, support when there are children.

I love this hotel in the evening, surrounded by greenhouses of vegetables and flowers. At night they light the flowers, brighten the area, it is very beautiful. That is why I chose this hotel twice

Hotel type villas, quite nice, spacious, airy. The road is initially difficult to find and giddy. The hotel is located near the nurseries so the windows look out over the area with a sparkling yellow spots. Nice rooms, clean, good facilities. Hotel is located near the love valley, the market in Da Lat is about 15p. Price is ok quality
