lokasi bagus dekat ke mana mana staff ok Htel sangat tua dan terlihat menakutkan sangat tidak nyaman tidur sendirian di kamar dan keluar masuk koridor sangat menyeramkan ,lampu sangat redut dan gelap,kamar posisi lumayan jauh dari lift tp suara lift terdengar jelas dan sangat berisik kamar sangat bau ,bau rokok menyebar kemana mana seluruh kamar kasur keras,bantal keras dan alas tempat tidur sangat bauu seperti jemburan basah yah tidak kering benar2 tidak nyaman tidak ada tisuu AC tidak BS di matikan kalw ini di matikan harus matikan stop contact listrik dan lampu kamar mandi ikut padam knapa saya ingin matikan AC karna musim dingin udara sangat dingin jadi tidak butuh AC

Room 300k is damp, no different from a cheap motel, I upgraded to a 400k room with a nice view, good facilities, but the room is new so it's not fully furnished The price of 400k with such room quality is not worth it The first time I see there are hotels that charge for mineral water, a lot of hotels and homestays I've been to always give 2 bottles of mineral water, still here even though the room is expensive, they also charge all, very unreasonable

The hotel is under repair. A lot of noise is difficult to take a lunch break. The condition of the room being upgraded is gradually messy and less hygienic. Although the room rate is cheap, compared to the level of hygiene, it needs to improve. Noise should identify lunch breaks if needed to work to avoid guests' sensitive hours. Dirty, bad, the attitude of service is not equal to that of a popular motel

The bathroom's door was broken (it didn't even have any handle), the refrigerator didn't even work, there's no hot water, the room was very smelly, dirty, the sheet was super dirty we could spot so many "human stain" and the worst of all is, we found a used thing under the bed close to the wall. we spotted the thing when i woke up and realize that there's a used thing under my bed! omg it's disgusting!

the hotel is not clean, blanket, pillow, dingy station, a foul odor that I do not feel comfortable when lying in bed. I have a proposal for the 2nd room but still room situation like Meals: in my package does not include meals so I can not evaluate this section

Wifi is very weak almost no. The toilet is small and dirty, drainage is off. Toilet paper was wet once again.
