The worst service during a lifetime hotel stay, unfriendly waiters, villa policy is very different than usual, luggage lifts itself, asking for help is not pleasant, extra beds are difficult, subject to a high charge, very very bad service. No cable TV. Regret renting here.

Your inconvenience starts from your purchase voucher is for 2 people but the number of guests staying is 6 people. We have suggested to do a free cancellation but you refuse.
We can't fulfill all your requests because we have informed you in the policy and we have emailed that: Room is only for 2 people, twin beds cannot be moved, excess guests will be charged with/without extrabed, and there is no luggage porter.
Please read the property policy before booking and purchase a voucher according to the number of guests staying.
