I stayed here during the Lunar New Year holiday. Ms. Thao Nhan, the receptionist, was very enthusiastic and attentive. The hotel was clean and spacious. I give it a 10/10 for a hotel in this mountainous area.

It was truly a 5-star hotel. From the moment I stepped out of the car, the reception staff greeted me warmly and enthusiastically. Two staff members I remember most are Nga and Phuong, who assisted me very diligently. The breakfast was thoughtful and delicious. Thank you all so much for giving me a wonderful vacation.
