Overall, it's comfortable and pleasant. The location is easy to reach, close to the city center, close to culinary and souvenirs. Friendly and well-organized service, good facilities. The room is comfortable and complete, just needs to add air freshener. The bathroom is clean, the room is also clean, the hallway is clean, the elevator is clean (oh yes, add air freshener, aromatherapy is also good). The food is relatively complete and varied, the staff are also well-organized. I want to stay again later... Thanks

Overall, I was very satisfied and comfortable staying at this hotel. From the cleanliness of the room, the toiletries, to the varied and delicious breakfast menu, I was disappointed with the unfriendly security guard at the front of the hotel. When my car arrived at the hotel, I opened the door and took my suitcase from the trunk without even asking what I wanted, greeting me, let alone helping me carry my large suitcase. However, I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. Thank you.

It's all ok actually, but the breakfast, oh my, feels like a 2-star hotel, the food doesn't really taste good, it's not complete either, lots of empty items take a long time to refill.

Everything was great, but there was just one thing that really annoyed me… the elevator :( It was so hard to press the buttons and they always didn't detect them. For example, I pressed 7, but it suddenly took me to the 24th floor.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, the staff are friendly. The swimming pool is clean. Infinity pool with beautiful city views. Strategic location, close to Lawang Sewu, DP Mall, Paragon Mall, Simpang Lima. If you want to buy souvenirs, it's also close, just cross the road. This hotel is highly recommended for those who want to vacation in Semarang. Always satisfied staying here ❤️😊

The hotel staff are friendly, but perhaps what needs to be considered is the maintenance of the room because many of the walls are moldy and there are many loose tiles in the pool area, but if left alone, it can injure visitors and the water is a bit dirty.

One thing that concerns me when choosing a star hotel is the breakfast, I think this can be improved by providing a variety of choices and a better taste so that it matches the 4 stars it holds. But overall the room is comfortable.

Got a room with a smelly toilet and drain, so it was hard to sleep. The cleanliness of the lobby, pool area, and gym also needs to be improved (the lobby has lots of mold on the A/C and ceiling).
