The WC faucet is broken, the water in the washbasin is too small, the drain in the bathroom is blocked, so when flushing to take a shower, the water almost cannot drain, but it has to wait 10 minutes to gradually run out.

Too bad. Unprofessional staff when the identity card of the client happened misplaced!

Staffs were rude and not paying any attention while serving customers. I am mentioning the staffs who served buffet morning on 10th floor. I asked for an omelette and they made the omelette not as describe at all. Even worse, the cooker left the omelette at their cooking space without bringing to table, and they did not bother calling or notifying me to come and get my dish. The egg was left cold. The morning buffet was a disaster. Some of them are left over, not fresh!

Nice room, clean, 3 star standard. Staff are very enthusiastic. Near Lam Son Square, the city center is convenient to move. The deluxe rooms are fine, only the soundproofed suite is not soundproofed so it is sleepy.

Only one thing that the hotel needs to think about is that the air conditioner must be slightly cold right at the bed, which is quite uncomfortable, if not careful, it can catch a cold like playing.
