The reception staff were very nice and took good care of me. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was great. The room was spacious and very clean. I was extremely impressed.

Good service. Last night the water didn't go anywhere but the owner fixed it. Breakfast is very good.

Good service, very spacious rooms, clean, hot water, cold air conditioner, clear TV, good wifi, suitable for guests who are comfortable, chill, not much food served to the room every morning. There are many to choose from. and is food received from various stores which is helping the shop and build a network in the community with the guests

Had a very good stay in the previous year so I went back to stay again. This year, going back to stay in the same room, the room looks very old down to the street and there will be a car noise all night. To be afloat The front desk does not have staff at all times. Suitable for people traveling to Tachilek Market. Mae Sai market, then find accommodation near the price is not strong, the large room has a parking lot out of the accommodation, stop by to make a slip through the alley. And the mouth of the alley has a tea shop, good food, plus a garden that can run

An experience at Zen Villa was worst to me. The breakfast as we have ordered upon we check-in did not meet requirement. On the top of refigerator is full of the dust also on the desk. No security and have no staff standby at the Front Desk. The owner seem like always sleepy. From the back side is very good veiw of the mounten.
