The staff are friendly. I was changed to a different room. The reason is that the staff said that the travel agent booked it twice and the manager said that the system crashed and he couldn't contact me. I got a spare room with a flat bed that wasn't soft, 3.5 feet. The bathroom was outside. There was no place to put clothes or hang them.
