Water (shower/toilet/sink) is not provided when staying at the Smile Hotel Subang Jaya. The employees are unable to provide good service. Please, anyone who wants to stay at the Smile Hotel Subang Jaya be prepared for any problems.

Kamar kecil, kamar mandi bersih, ada hairdryer, d depan ada bar.

Very rude staff at reception, the only elevator was out of service

Good & comfortable room. Quiet place. Stayed in the single room and the water pressure is good.

The room so awesome and comfortable and near from lrt . I already 3 times stay at this hotel. Near from mydin too.

Highly recommended. Value for money. Well-furnished and relaxing ambience room with excellent hygienic care. The staff were nice and friendly. Hotel location is pretty strategic, close to USJ 7 LRT Station, Giant, Mydin, Da-Men and Summit Mall which makes it easy to find food and restaurants. The hotel also provided free parking. The best part is hotel got elevator to climb high level. Will come back again.

Good enough with a price that does not drain the bag

All the accommodation provided are good. I think just need some addition such as mirror on the make up desk...

The location of the hotel is pretty strategic, walking approximately 5 minutes from USJ 7 station, across from Giant and Mydin shopping center, friendly receptionist, chek in and easy check out, check-in time RM20 deposit and extra taxes RM10 / night. The room is comfortable and clean although somewhat cramped, if you need hot water in the hallway near the room.

Overall is good. I like this room. It is clean and just nice.
