The room is spacious, quite airy, fully cleaned, the water is strong and hot water is available at all times. The receptionist is friendly and takes good care of the customers. The receptionist during the day is pretty, friendly and attentive. The room is clean, quite spacious with fan, air conditioner, refrigerator, large wardrobe, dressing table. My room is on the 1st floor but it's very ok.

I appreciate the professionalism of the hotel. I booked a studio room on traveloka which was listed as a room for 4 people, but when I checked in, I only received a room with 1 bed for 2 people while my family was 3 people. I talked to the receptionist and she changed the room for me. I appreciate the hotel's quick response. I also reminded the staff who posted the room for rent to be careful so that other guests would not encounter the same situation as me because I heard the receptionist say that the studio room at this hotel only had rooms for 2 people, but I checked the information of the room I booked and it was clearly a studio room for 4 people. After all, I am still quite satisfied.

Không như mong đợi...mình checkin lúc 23h, nhận phòng thì hơi thất vọng vì phòng nhìn hơi cũ, đèn trần có 1,2 cái bị hư, ánh sáng hơi lu mờ. Mình có gọi điện để nghị đổi phòng. Nhưng bên khách sạn báo đã hết phòng.

Thực sự thất vọng. 1. Mình gọi trước để hỏi nhận phòng sớm lúc 7h thì Chị kia báo là 100k, để chắc ăn mình gọi hỏi tới 2 lần. Sau đó người thân mình tới nhận phòng thì chị đó kêu phụ thu 200k, nói là do bên mình đặt phòng giá rẻ trên app nên chỉ lời ít. Sau đó mình gọi điện trao đổi thì chị lễ tân cứ nói xa xả và không 1 lời xin lỗi. 2. Phòng mình nhận trong tình trạng dơ bẩn, chưa được dọn dẹp. Mình phản ánh thì chị ấy không hề xin lỗi, chỉ nói là dơ thì đổi chứ làm gì căng. 3. Lọ xà phòng gội đầu và sữa tắm bỏ trong 2 chai nước uống cũ, nhìn vô không biết cái nào tắm, cái nào gội. 4. Trong quá trình lưu trú mình có hỏi vài thứ thì đều nhận được sự khó chịu từ chị ấy, kiểu như là tụi em đặt app được giá rẻ mà còn hỏi nhiều. 5. Chị ấy nói tụi em đừng đánh giá 1 * nha, thật sự nếu không đặt qua app thì không biết chị ấy còn đối xử với khách hàng tệ bạc cỡ nào nữa. Mình là người đà nẵng, có bạn bè từ Sg vào du lịch. Vậy mà khách sạn làm mình mất đi hình tượng tốt đẹp về đà nẵng. Mong là mọi người sẽ không đặt trúng những khách sạn như vầy
