Thank you for your review. Indeed, we do not provide telephones in every room but there are some in every corridor. Regarding toothbrushes, they can be purchased at the front office for only Rp 5 thousand. We do not provide toothpaste in the rooms but it can be obtained at our front office for IDR 5,000 (five thousand rupiah). 2. The towels we provide are according to 1/2 star hotel standards, not luxurious but guaranteed cleanliness. 3. Based on our search, you are staying in room 102. In appl. Traveloka, the Superior room display is room 102, but the photo is not cropped as you show. That's our clarification, sorry for the inconvenience. Thank You!

For rooms and bathrooms which are said to be a bit narrow, we also have wider rooms, namely the Deluxe type and all of our rooms use Spring Beds instead of mattresses. The pillowcase looks yellow, after we learned it could be caused by the room lighting where we used warm white lights. That is our clarification and we apologize for the inconvenience.
