I have stayed there once before and overall it was good, but this time I just booked the wrong date and paid for it. I called in advance to ask to postpone the date and pay an additional fee, but I couldn't. I talked to the hotel staff and the application staff and they both said that it couldn't be changed or canceled. If it can't be changed or canceled, then I don't have to stay. For customers who booked hotels in 2024 for the whole year until they were promoted to the highest level, which is Diamond, and were downgraded to Platinum, at first I thought I would continue to book hotels through this application. After thinking about it, I decided not to use this application anymore. I just want to take other people's money without any additional services like this. As a customer, I would choose a new agency that can take care of customers better than this one.
