It's just a luxury hotel, but like a motel, the toilet door is broken. the service is boring to hire more laundry, how will the cotton stick to the dirty clothes, the white shirt will be opaque, I have to reflect with the front desk but only get a smile except the answer will repeat laundry side. Is it unreasonable to still charge for laundry while not doing it properly will damage the shirt?

We booked for a family room but they gave us a double twins. Because the room was smaller, I recognized and required them to change us to the family room. So I think their business attitude is not good. I hope it won't happen again.

clean. easy to find, secure area. Soundproofing room is not very good
