The hotel is quiet, very good for long stay, location in the city, easy access to everywhere

not friendly in uncomfortable communication, if in service also how many times have stayed, but the towels.. towels that are not suitable for use, later have to order 1 more towel, that is suitable for use. The kettle is also never washed, there is always water left in the kettle, then I was late checking out at 2:30 pm and was charged today on September 14, and at several times before there was no charge, at 2:30 I also checked out.

read many reviews, it turns out that MANY guests complained that amenities were only available 1, even though the booking via OTA said 2 guests 1 room, the hotel did not prepare.. just relying on later guests who come to ask.. and oh yes, the friendly hotel staff are only women, the men who greet us during check-in don't even smile, not grumpy, but can't be called friendly because they explain the T&C as if the guest who comes is staying at the hotel for the first time I just met with a service like that..maybe that's the standard there but unfortunately it makes me uncomfortable and I don't want to stay there again, even though this is not my first time staying at millinov, hopefully the service will be improved, thank you

The room had a bad smell, toothbrushes, towels were only available for 1 pax, there were no chairs in the room while there was a table available so I had to take a chair from outside.

it's a great experience to stay here. the hotel that I had worked years ago.. not much changing.. I hope millinov will improve the good services.

Overall ok, just a little input for tolerance service plus more regarding Traveloka customer requests. Customers know to buy & request, they don't know about the collaboration between the hotel & Traveloka, so if the customer pays for a room for 2 people, that's their right to give, so pay for 2 towels, only 1 toothbrush, only 1 light, lots of them are off, only the bathroom and the room are on. There's only 1 light on, there's only 1 glass in the room, and parking for the car is difficult because when you get in you get knocked to get the car out because it's blocking other cars.

The hotel is comfortable and the staff is friendly, besides that the room design is a bit different from hotels in general.
