I just stayed at the 2-star Hotel Hersya Front Inn located in Ketintang, Surabaya, and here is my review of my stay here. 1). Location and Access This hotel has a very strategic location, surrounded by various delicious and easily accessible places to eat, suitable for those who like to explore local cuisine. Access to the hotel is also very easy, making me feel comfortable when I arrived without having to think about complicated travel obstacles. 2). Rooms and Services I stayed in a Superior Queen Bed room with the Room Only type. This room is quite comfortable and the design looks royal and minimalist, giving a modern but still elegant impression. The service is also very satisfying, the hotel staff are friendly and responsive. They quickly helped my needs during my stay. The room also uses an NFC-based Access Card. 3). Facilities Some of the facilities that I appreciate are the prayer room which is quite good, very comfortable for worship. In addition, this hotel is also quite hygienic and clean around the area. The public areas and rooms are well maintained. Plus having a lift in the hotel makes it easy to reach my room. However, there are some shortcomings that need to be noted: 1). Not cold AC - I had problems with the AC not being cold enough. Even though the temperature outside was quite hot, the AC in the room felt less effective. 2). Narrow Motorcycle Parking - If you bring a motorbike, the parking area feels a bit narrow and uncomfortable for parking vehicles. 3). Unusable Rooftop - Although this hotel has a rooftop that looks attractive, I could not use it during my stay because the area was not open. 4). No Heater - There is no water heater for brewing tea or coffee, which is a bit disappointing, especially for those who want to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee in the room. 5). Wall View on the Window for Superior Queen Bed (Room Only) Room 335 3rd Floor

comfortable location not noisy, close to the city, delicious menu, elevator works, cold AC, hot water is ok, sorry to improve for the bathroom smells 😁, wfi is ok, remote AC n tv do not work. the service staff is very friendly around there are many food stalls. near kfc, excelso..etc.

when I wanted to check in the room wasn't ready. I had booked a room a long time ago. I had also contacted the hotel on D-1 that tomorrow's check in would be at 14.00. But in fact, after arriving there the booked room wasn't ready. The lady at the reception said that 1 was still in process and 1 was still not ready. I happened to book 2 rooms. We waited for about 1 hour for the room to be ready. It was very disappointing for us as consumers because besides bringing a small child, there was also my elderly mother. It was a shame that we had traveled a long way for almost 5 hours and when we arrived at the hotel we were still told to wait. Please improve the service.. the room should have been ready when it was time to check in so we wouldn't have to wait any longer. If the room facilities are not cold enough, the TV has no signal at all. So it's useless to have a TV with nothing to watch.

I have often stayed at Hersya, but yesterday I was a bit disappointed because check-in was delayed until 15.00 and I was only able to enter the room.

Recommended place to stay. Very adequate facilities with very affordable prices. Close to various culinary. Satisfied 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Got room 208, the AC wasn't cold, the bathroom walls were moldy, 2 people were only given 1 toothbrush.

Room 317, the AC is not cold, just blowing air, needs to be replaced or serviced

The towel is dirty, time to change it. The TV only gets one broadcast channel, it can't get to other channels.

Economy hotel, near Royal Plaza, friendly staff, cold AC, got room 303. If I go to Surabaya, God willing, I will come back again.

I ordered for my child. When I entered the room, the sheets looked like they had never been changed, dirty and dull. The floor of the room was dirty. The sound of the water pump was loud. After being reported, the sheets were changed and the floor was cleaned. then it felt comfortable.

Always stay here when I go to Surabaya because the price is affordable and it is close to the office.

clean, fragrant, comfortable budget hotel to sleep during transit before continuing the journey. toiletries are available, but it is better to bring your own. AC is cold, hot water works smoothly. Wifi is smooth, TV channels are only national. quiet atmosphere, easy to find food around the hotel
