I was very satisfied with customer support at the beginning. Initially booked a room at tulip 3 but there was no room so tulip also supported changing to tulip 1 with a very comfortable room. However, during my stay, I asked about some issues such as asking to borrow an iron, the refrigerator was not very cold. I asked the receptionist to check and report back, but I waited and still did not receive a response. Anise. Hopefully we will improve the issue of feedback to customers, whether or not we should provide feedback to let customers know.
