Friendly service greeted me at check-in and check-out from the receptionist. I was allowed a late check-out at 1 PM. The room was very clean, and the Wi-Fi was fast. Breakfast was quite good, especially the cilok (fried meatballs), which I swear were delicious. The fried rice was dry, which was a shame; it was actually delicious. The restaurant staff were also friendly and helpful. Vertu Harmoni is the best!

I spent several days there and was very satisfied. From the hospitality and ease of check-in, to the very comfortable, always clean room, and all the facilities were functioning properly, from the toilet to the hairdryer. What I really liked was the towels, which were very comfortable, clean, and fragrant. The location is in the city center, making it easy to get around and visit. There's also a small but well-stocked mall downstairs, especially Sate Khas Senayan, a Jakarta culinary icon. I've stayed there several times, and it's been two years, and everything is still well-maintained. Hopefully, it can be maintained; God willing, we will definitely visit again.

Great price, relatively central location, spacious rooms. L5 lobby is spacious and welcoming. Breakfast has decent variety, Indonesian selections are tasty. Service-wise is polite, albeit a little slow in terms of trolley and delivering items to room. Would definitely recommend for staying nearby Bundaran HI and South Jakarta!
