HOTEL LOCATION IS NEAR MONAS, VIEW OF JAKARTA CITY AND MONAS. NICE CLEAN ROOM, COLD AC, CLEAN BATHROOM, EVERYTHING FUNCTIONS WELL. FOOD IS ALL OKAY. OVERALL GOOD.

(sorry I forgot to take a picture, but trust me... The bedroom and bathroom we got were exactly like the ones in the ad) The reception staff when helping with check in/out were very fast and informative about the cost & breakfast procedure (we booked without breakfast) The security staff, bell boy, technicians and hospitality were all responsive and friendly" When we were on a room tour, the shower door was stuck... Called a technician and the problem was solved in less than 10 minutes. Needed a refill of drinking water, starting from contacting the receptionist until the water was refilled also took less than 15 minutes. The security was also not stingy in helping us unload and load our suitcases from/to the car... Thank you very much for providing such an extraordinary service when we stayed at Vertu

we stayed for 1 night and it was amazing.. great hospitality from every staff.. really helpful, shout out to Ms Ching.. the location really close to many museums, istana merdeka, monas and other atractions in the central of jakarta.. the food was delish and the hotel connected to mini mall that has great F&B selections and mini market.. definitely back when visiting jakarta.. keep up the good work

Better choose other hotel. There are lots same price hotel with better in so many aspect tha. Here especially about their staff

Good experience, quality pillows, linen, airtightness of the room, fast service when I asked for just ice cubes. Very worth the money. Will come back if I go to Jakarta.

Please help, the hairdryer turns off automatically after less than a minute of use.

happy with the neat, clean room, lots of pillows and coincidentally I like sleeping with lots of pillows, the sheets are clean and comfortable, access to everywhere is close especially to the city center and safe.

Clean room, cold air conditioning, friendly staff, according to price

The staffs were really friendly and helpful. I haven't tried the breakfast yet but I guess it'll be good and tasty. After all the room was great, the amenities were complete and in a good condition. The room boy cleaned the roon pretty well. The air conditioner were good too, it was nice and cold, really suits Jakarta's hot and humid air.

The service is very satisfying, the rooms are luxurious and clean, the rooms face the Monas and the view is really nice at night, the gym has a nice view and you can go directly to the swimming pool from the gym, and the location of the hotel is very strategic.
