One of the hotels in the center of Hanoi that I feel most satisfied. The staff was enthusiastic and friendly, the breakfast had a lot of options and the dishes were all right. 👍🏻👍🏻 will come back next time!

It was a horrible experience at Eco boutique hotel. Dust bedroom and restroom has cockroach. The receptionist recommend us to stay another hotel's branch near here called "Eco Luxury Hotel" but It was another lie, this hotel room was small feel like a warehouse on the top and didn't look like their picture, dirty and make me feel disappointed. Hope everyone can read this and stay away all Eco's branch hotel in Hanoi. Very very bad

The hotel owner is very cute (he is on duty at night). Because I went to the evening, I only worked with him and I did not work at all. New dining room, clean bedroom with full amenities. Super large room
