The hotel is cold, not elevator, old furniture, not clean, too expensive for the money

View to the beautiful sea, but lack of professionalism. Check-in takes a little time. Although I was accompanied by my grandchildren and had bulky luggage, I was placed upstairs at the 4th floor without elevator. Staff did not clean room on Monday.
