I hesitated a lot before booking because I saw few reviews. I stayed from April 29th to May 3rd, the room was exactly like the pictures, clean, comfortable, and beautiful, the only thing is the bathroom was a little small. There was a washing machine and a rooftop for washing and drying clothes. The staff were lovely, and there was TV and Wi-Fi. If you're still undecided, go ahead and book! The place is very convenient to the city center, there are also many delicious food options nearby, and two convenience stores are right next door.

This studio apartment is a great choice for those seeking privacy and hotel-like amenities. Despite its compact size, the space is cleverly arranged, and the biggest plus is the inclusion of a private washing machine and refrigerator right in the room, giving you complete independence and eliminating the need to share with anyone. With regular cleaning services and 24/7 security, it's truly an ideal "stopover," offering the professionalism of a resort while providing the warmth and freedom of home.

I just stayed on January 20th until the 23rd and on the morning of the 23rd I extended another day and paid immediately so that I would only check out until the 24th they agreed. On the evening of the 23rd at 9:30 PM I was called to the lobby and told that I had to check out the next morning because their room was full, there were guests whose flights were delayed so they had to stay another night while my room would be used by guests who had booked from another application, I was confused about where to move because they told me at night, my money was returned without me being able to refuse and had to check out to another place tomorrow. This is my experience staying here, an uncomfortable thing happened to me who had to leave because they had already got other guests without thinking about where I should move the next morning

Convenient location in District 4, easy to move to surrounding districts. Good facilities, nice room, airy & bright. There is a place to cook, wash, dry clothes very conveniently. The staff is enthusiastic and friendly. If you come to HCM for a long time, you should choose this place, it is more convenient & optimal than staying at a hotel. I will definitely come back.

The best homestay I've been to. There is a staff member here who is always there no matter how late you seem. The room I stayed in was clean. Fridge, kitchen, eating utensils... Everything is convenient while its price is very cheap. Must try—worth the money!
