**Real review**
Booked a 2-night stay (excluding breakfast) and got room 2715
Checked in on the 2nd and checked out on May 4, 68. Impressed from the moment I parked the car. On the first day, the staff was cheerful (the young man who received the car in the morning). On a hot day, when I checked in, the counter staff called to assess.. Honestly, the room was beautiful (but I found 2-3 long female strands). I had to call the housekeeper to clean it again. The air conditioner was dripping. I informed the staff and the technician came to clean it. The first night, the air conditioner was cool and comfortable to sleep in. The accommodation is near 7-11.
The second night, the air conditioner had a problem with dripping water. Both technicians came to provide good service (unfortunately, I forgot to ask their names) but I remembered their faces. The housekeeper on the 7th floor was friendly. All 3 of them were impressed...
But the breakfast was not delicious..the price per person was 159 baht (the fried rice was not delicious. The food looked easy to make, but the rice grains were very hard. I ate it on the first day..not going to continue on the second day). The taste depends on personal preference..
Parking on the 2nd day at night, the staff (2 seniors) stood talking, not looking where the customer would park. When the customer found a parking spot, the staff came to tell them to park at the back of the hotel... and also told the customer that there was a shuttle service to the hotel, telling them the room number. When the time came, the customer went to park. In the end, the customer walked from the parking lot to the room by themselves... (no shuttle service as stated).
That is, it was the first time staying there. Judging from other customers' reviews, it was good. Overall, I was impressed with the room and bed, which were good... The maid on the 7th floor, Servicemine, the first counter staff. In the afternoon, when I went to check in, the service was good at first. I didn't mind. When I went to inform the technician to clean the air conditioner before going out to eat dinner (counter on the left). His face didn't look very welcoming (I remember his face). At first, I wanted to ask if he wanted to serve. But another person came to take care of the matter instead. This person admired him (counter on the right).
If I have to go back to stay again, I will definitely go.
