They had a competitive attitude towards customers. When the hotel made a mistake, they pushed the responsibility away, saying it was the apps fault for knowing that the hotel had no rooms but not turning it off. Checking in with me at that time, there was a female friend who also had the same problem, booked a room in advance, when they arrived, they said there were no rooms available and asked to transfer people to the De Tham branch. This hotel played a trick on me when I booked the Q5 branch, when they arrived, they pushed everyone to De Tham (probably De Tham was unsold). Overall, it's very bad, you shouldn't book a room here.
