I've stayed here twice and always had a broken toilet, and the receptionist took a really long time to check in.

Please improve the cleanliness of the room, not just the visible ones, but clean all the undercarriages to minimize dust.🙏

The hotel staff is friendly, recommended, but you can't request check-in and check-out, so it's hard to coordinate your flight schedule

Everything was fun, except when checking in we had to wait a while to get into the room. Maybe this can be an input for the hotel. Thank you for the hospitality and the birthday cake 🥰

It's also good for families, but my child can't sleep without a bolster. Thank you for the application, it helps me feel what it's like to stay in a five-star hotel. I'll use it again next time.

Good services and nice hotel in town.

Recommended hotel in Tanjung Redeb area. Complete facilities (don't expect to be provided with an iron + table), close to the edge for hanging out in the afternoon to watch the sunset. Culinary tours and the city are not far away.

Luckily, I got a building that doesn't have an elevator. But it only goes up and down one floor. It's safe.

For other things, it is comfortable in this hotel, only for guest facilities with families that are a bit lacking here. If possible, additional blankets for children or extra beds. For a hotel rate like this, requests for additional blankets should be free.

The bathroom is a bit dirty, and the pillows smell too.

An unpleasant first experience, there was no sign of the reception which way, when we were dropped off by taxi, we entered only a dark empty room and smelled of musty dust as if it had never been cleaned or taken care of. Had to ask the security guard first. Then walked to the back and saw the lobby sign. The door to the lobby reception was not very sensitive to open to detect us who wanted to enter. The check-in process was quite fast but we were shocked when we were informed that our room was separate from the reception building, which was back to the first dark empty room and had to go up the stairs, we brought suitcases and there was no bellboy on standby or offered by the reception staff. The elevator was only in the lobby reception and it turned out that the swimming pool was only for the villa, not for hotel guests. Here we were disappointed and regretted having booked a room at the Bumi Segah hotel. Because the price was almost a million but the facilities did not reflect the 4-star hotel they claimed. Thank you, this is enough. Hopefully tonight you will sleep well and tomorrow morning breakfast will be ready quickly and delicious. Can't expect anything.

Even though I had ordered a wakeup call at 6 am. Either I didn't hear it or I wasn't called. As a result, I woke up late & missed the plane. Forced to buy a new ticket to catch the connecting flight 🫣 I was saved by payletter tsk tsk 🥲.

Not as expected. Too many ‘games’ that I think are still better than small hotels compared to Bumi Segah.

When checking in the hotel staff was not there because they were eating so the guests were waiting for the hotel staff. Both check-in places are very far from the room and cannot take the lift. Third, the price is 850 thousand if you want to take the elevator, you can't because you have to add another charge, if you want to stay here you have to think about it first.
