An unpleasant first experience, there was no sign of the reception which way, when we were dropped off by taxi, we entered only a dark empty room and smelled of musty dust as if it had never been cleaned or taken care of. Had to ask the security guard first. Then walked to the back and saw the lobby sign. The door to the lobby reception was not very sensitive to open to detect us who wanted to enter. The check-in process was quite fast but we were shocked when we were informed that our room was separate from the reception building, which was back to the first dark empty room and had to go up the stairs, we brought suitcases and there was no bellboy on standby or offered by the reception staff. The elevator was only in the lobby reception and it turned out that the swimming pool was only for the villa, not for hotel guests. Here we were disappointed and regretted having booked a room at the Bumi Segah hotel. Because the price was almost a million but the facilities did not reflect the 4-star hotel they claimed.
