The hotel staff is ready, the rooms are cool, it's easy to find food, just walk a little, everything is great.

Kamar bersih, toilet bersih, wifi kenceng, kosan yang bisa disewa harian, ada dapur bisa masak mie/kopi sendiri. Minusnya tidak dapet selimut, dapet handuk 1, pasutri saran bawa handuk sendiri, tidak ada air panas untuk mandi, jalan masuk hanya bisa untuk motor.

Best! Will stay here again later. There's only one thing that's lacking, it's a bit smelly at the entrance, huhu, it's really a shame, maybe in the future you can monitor it more for cleanliness and fragrance. But overall very satisfied staying here🤍.

It's a unique place, really. The front view is typical of Betawi, industrial inside. Very clean too, the water is strong, smooth. You have to find the location using Googlemap because it's in an alley, but it's close to everywhere. Will definitely come back.

The house is awesome. It is located in a small alley but easy to find as per googlemap. The house is cute with Betawinese facade and industrial interior design. Everything is clean and there is even free drinking water and free access to the kitchen. It is really good that price. Definitely will stay again.

Water was bad and dirty. The access to in and out also difficult. Towel amenity, pillow looks old and worn out.

Sesuai harga. Masuk gang, tapi suasananya memang betawi banget. Humble neighbourhood, helpful staff.

Saya datang ke Rumah Tani setelah pukul 15:00. Saya kebingungan karena tidak ada orang. Tempatnya lebih mirip kos ketimbang penginapan karena tidak ada front desk. Hanya ada teras depan dengan meja dan kursi. Saya berusaha chat dan menelpon CP yang tersedia tapi tidak ada respon. Akhirnya saya berhasil ketemu staf yang sedang membersihkan kamar di lantai 2. Dia kaget karena merasa tidak mendapatkan kabar kalau ada yang akan menginap. Saya lalu melihatkan receipt dari aplikasi, termasuk mengirimkan ke CP Rumah Tani. Saya juga mengingatkan ke staff kalau saya akan check out besok jam 7 pagi karena kereta saya jam 8. Hal itu untuk jaga jaga mengingat susahnya cari si staff dan ga ada ruang resepsionis. Walaupun si staff memberi kontaknya jika terjadi sesuatu. Kamarnya bersih, AC-nya dingin. Namun ada beberapa hal yang mesti dibenahi. Terutama kamar mandi. Karena tombol untuk shower atas gak berfungsi sehingga saya harus cari akal agar bisa berfungsi. Kran di wastafel juga tidak terlalu nempel karena ketika saya mau putar kran, krannya ikut berputar. Jadi saya harus menahannya. Lampu kiri di sebelah tempat didur juga ga ada. Di dalam kamar juga masih ada beberapa barang yang tertinggal. Sepertinya barang penghuni sebelumnya yang digunakan sebagai kos. Seperti jepit rambut dan notes (terlampir di foto). Suara tetangga juga kadang terdengar (entah suara sedang bercakap, nyanyi, atau suara barang jatuh). Proses check out pun lumayan buat saya deg degan, karena ga ada orang (padahal saya sudah dua kali mengingatkan staff waktu check out saya). Saya berusaha telpon nomer si staff, tapi ga diangkat. Akhirnya saya menghubungi CP dan syukurlah dibalas. Ternyata harus memencet bel yang ada di teras (letaknya gak terlalu kelihatan dan tulisannya mulai kabur karena hanya tulis tangan saja dikertas). Akhirnya staff keluar. Proses check in dan check out jadi lumayan membuat saya stress. Fasilitas yang saya dapat dengan harga 150ribu adalah kamar single bed, kamar mandi dalam (tidak ada hot-cold water). Mereka juga menyediakan dapur lengkap dengan peralatan memasak, dan tempat fitness mini. Ternyata mereka juga menyediakan air mineral 1 botol tapi baru dikasih ke saya malamnya, setelah saya beli air mineral di Indomaret. Karena kegiatan saya di TIM, jadi saya hanya perlu berjalan kaki selama 5 menitan untuk sampai ke TIM. Sangat dekat. Bagi yang ke Rumah Tani pakai mobil, akan sulit karena rumahnya berada di dalam gang kecil yang hanya cukup dilalui 1 motor.

Ternyata harus masuk gang dulu untuk sampai di penginapan ini dan tempatnya seperti rumah kos. Lumayan dengan harga segini.
