Difficult to check-in and check-out, no signpost, no contact number to contact, hard to find staff for check-in and check-out. The TV remote battery is almost dead, the water heater is not working.

This place is ok if you want a sort-of cheap place to crash in for the night. The room was clean and decent. Despite the "hotel" in the name though, this is a unit in a run-down apartment complex. They rent out the rooms individually, and the living room is occupied by the noisy cleaning staff. For just a little bit more you could stay in any of the two real hotels just next door.

For locations very close to the mall. The lack of check-in time does not find the AC remote so the children have difficulty going to rest because of the hot room. television doesn't work.

Good location, easy to access. Need to improve on cleanliness ( a lot of ants in the bathroom and floor). Not suppose sharing drainage from next bathroom. A bit noisy at midnight (still can hear phone ringing and people talking downstairs).

Good location (near to AEON Tebrau City, IKEA Tebrau, and Hospital Sultan Ismail. Comfortable room. Value for money.
