Good service… Strategic location 👍

My family and I always stay here when we're on the first flight and park our car at the hotel. We'll be taken to the airport by shuttle bus, and then picked up again by shuttle bus to take us back to the hotel. Check-in and check-out are very fast. All the staff are friendly, including the shuttle driver. 👍🏻

The location is not far from Kualanamu Airport, it is highly recommended for transit to relieve flight fatigue before continuing the journey to the destination, the room is very clean, the staff is friendly and we don't have to worry when we want to fly at any time, the hotel service through the airport shuttle service is available, when I stayed at 4 am we were already served to be taken to the airport and what's great is that CS wanted to wake us up. The service is extraordinary and I highly recommend you all to stay at the Wing Kualanamu Hotel.

Overall, everything was good, with friendly service and excellent service. However, the bedcover and sheets made me feel itchy, I don't know if it was because of the dust or maybe they weren't replaced. So, please pay more attention. Thank you very much.

Awesome, awesome.., yesterday I arrived at KNO at 12 midnight from Jakarta, the shuttle was still ready,.. The room was also spacious & clean, the bathroom was also clean & everything worked, hot water, shower, etc.,.. The breakfast was also delicious & had many variations,.. Overall 5 stars from me... Keep up the great performance👍🏼

Near KNO airport, relatively cheap room rates, far from city center

The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean, the AC is cold, there are quite a lot of cable TV channels. The bathroom equipment is up to standard, the hot water works well. Close to Indomaret and places to eat. Thank you Wing Hotel.
