Very good service and near the shopping center.

The check in process was so slow that I had to call an online agent because the numbered telifon number 2 was not working, one more number said he was not managing but actually he was managing. It's hard to speak because the deal is an overseas person.

Service is fine but the room is super nasty n ugly, not worth my money at all, it supposed to be the best hotel, but not.

The building is old, the appliances in the rooms are much non functioning and broken, in my room the hot water did not come out

Room is nice but a little bit confused because of the name of lication, ask some people who working in the same building but they didn’t know

Although the furniture is a bit old but in terms of ambiance and convenience it matches the hotel rooms at Berjaya Hotel.

This is not a hotel but a private suite being rent per night. The facilities are old, not too clean, no room service and since it's a private suite don't expecting it have a breakfast service. If you are expecting a good place to spend a night with your loved ones better look other hotel, but if you are on budget I think it will suit you.

This hotel is so close to everywhere that I like cool places.

Never order this place

Very disappointing: 1. my family and I had to wait almost 4 hours on the floor of the lobby tower A because no pic came to take care of us 2. We did not get the room to our order, our order was a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed with Adult capacity of 3 org per room. But it is easy to say that all rooms are gone, and only provided room with 1 double bed With forced I have to accept because my child who is still 1.5 years old continue to cry because it is not comfortable to be on the lobby floor. 3. no compensation whatsoever for loss of time, and incompatibility of room type provided ... 4. Pic room is very unprofessional, we have reported to the security of the building and the pic also got a reprimand from the building security ... 5. no Apology or any compensation for this incident ... 6. Highly not recommended for other visitors ... Hopefully it will not happen to other customers. 7. The reason the manager, the room being booked is damaged, and can not be used, is very unreasonable, and the manager is also very unconcerned of our complaints ... Very unfriendly, and difficult to communicate in english ...

I was falling in love for the first time of this place and the view was great but bad things and make me feel uncomfortable or unhappy because it's so dirty and smelly. I would love to come back as long as you kept the cleaning service really doing good

Good location & nice view. But pillows were too soft. Also insufficient towel & floor mat.

Check in was a bit confusing but my family had a wonderful stay in your facility. perfect view, high floor (42). a bit comment to improve: a/c noisy, bathroom leaking. your guests needs floor mat. others are perfect and we will come back again.
