Hotel picture difference with the real, the room seem like old and dilapidated

Okay, compared to the price, the outside area is shady and beautiful, but the inside of the room is quite old, the chair is not strong, the bed is quite hard, asked for two beds, got a single bed, the bathroom floor is wet from the moment you enter, the sink is leaking, you have to use a trash can to test the water, the faucet looks old, the atmosphere at night is quite quiet.

I would like to deduct 1 star because the room was not as booked. I booked a double bed but got a single 5-foot bed. The bed was small and the blanket was small. It was almost impossible to cover 2 people. The room was not soundproof. When someone walked by or a car drove by, the sound could be heard in the room. However, the room was clean and the air conditioner was cool.

The bed is a sinkhole, the bed is very low, the bed linen is old, the blanket is very thin, itchy too, the smell of the pipes in the bathroom is very bad, the shower is old, the faucet is loose, it would be very good to fix it.

The staff spoke in a way that made me feel uncomfortable. I didn't like it.
