I booked a room with a balcony but when I checked in it was a room without a balcony. The key word is often broken.

When receiving another room, the lock is broken, the hinges are locked, the room has flies, there are no slippers, the ceiling is low, absorbing water, spreading holes full of houses, smaller room area such as notice, space secretive, without windows, humid air, toilets and bathing, washing face right next to the bed with no separation. There is no swimming pool, but there is no place. Too urgent and frustrating. Although I paid nearly 600k, I had to pay the room immediately (less than 30 ”) to rent another place.
