Highly recommended! The owner is enthusiastic and lovely, and the kids are very well-behaved: 1. Location: Super close to the night market, only about a 3-minute drive. Convenient for getting to other places in the city center (the owner also rents motorbikes; I've been to Da Lat several times, and this is the first time I've rented one so cheaply). 2. Service: They helped with early check-in almost 4 hours early for free. Late check-out 8 hours was surprisingly cheap (I was surprised!). 3. Room amenities: No air conditioning, no TV. The aluminum door isn't very soundproof. There's an extra thick blanket in the room. But I travel a lot, so these aren't important to me. The good thing is there are tons of power outlets, plenty to use. 4. Hygiene: Cleanly swept, the bathroom has shampoo and toothpaste... The hygiene is a bit like a typical guesthouse; it's okay for easy-going people. If you're picky, you might lose points for this place. With t once again, a super recommendation! I booked a room for 4 people for only 900k, which is an amazing deal!

The room was clean, the bathroom was also clean, and it wasn't too far from the city center. The receptionist was friendly. When I checked in, I was placed in the house next door, which shared a shared residence, so it was a bit noisy because there were small children. Everything in the room looked new and clean. We were given an early check-in, and the receptionist helped carry our suitcases to the second floor and up the stairs. ☺ We were going to Ho Chi Minh City on the 11am sleeper bus, but they told us to remove our luggage from the living room at 9/10pm. They said the door would be locked, and we were told to wait outside (that was the only downside). I originally wanted to go back, but because I couldn't wait until we got on the bus, I was a bit reluctant.

I feel the price is cheap and quite okay and the support is quite great, however, there is one thing that I feel very uncomfortable about, which is that the toilet does not have a sprayer and that makes us feel extremely inconvenient. In addition, the water heater seems to be broken and does not heat up when we use it, so I chose not to shower.
