Not as expected, because we ordered at Oyo Karoline homestay but moved to another Oyo in Dei Residence Arjosari, whose room conditions have not been cleaned and bathroom facilities are not good (water tap is broken).

WiFi is not affordable to the 2nd floor while the 2nd floor has its own wi-fi. There is no soap and usually there is drinking water in every booking, said the hotel indeed can not, because of the new policy.

The service is friendly, the place is clean, comfortable, the bathroom is clean, the car park is quite spacious, satisfied to stay here.

There are 2 cockroaches, no TV, WiFi is not paid so it can't be used, hot water at night is not there. Ask for warm water for bathing the baby is not there even though there is a kitchen for cooking.
