Comfortable room and stategik location.

The towel is so old and torn out, it looks like a toilet mat. Didn't bother to get a replacement becoz I checked in late ~3am. Overall, the hotel is average.

Access to rotten lifts. Worker (cleaner) noises in store

the hotel is ok but the female staff is at the lobby counter with the cam service service..ckp with costumer mcm ckp with garbage..but pretty but face down + body of gas barrel ..

The hotel keep blackouts, I don't know why but if this happen the hotel should inform us earlier and should compensate in term of discount or what so not

Comfortable room. Modern, clean furniture is just a small room but worth the price. Insha Allah will repeat again next time.

sink in toilet smells bad. request for non smoking room but the room smells cigarette and got ashtray in toilet. other than that, everything is fine. the wifi is super fast!

Just to improve the service, please provided portable iron with ironing board... Quite discomfort to do ironing outside the room... TQ

Actually the hotel was just so so, not really awesome. But the room was ok, clean sheets and towels. Bathroom was clean.

I'm satisfied with the room. Near to teluk cempedak. The room is clean. Has mini refrigerator and safety box. The internet super fast. Would be better if has mirror in the room. The only mirror they provide is in the toilet. Very cheap and affordable place to stay. Would consider to repeat :)

Toilet clean and big as hell but to find a parking space for your car is not the easiest part in your life. Nice hotel and best service. Thanks

Room quite satisfaction only passenger lift so smelly. Commented to receptionist and services was done but the smelly still remain the same.

Good value for money. Room is comfy, bathroom is cosy. Iron available at level 2. Everything is nice.

Too noisy facing main road and limited parking lot

Comfortable room and clean toilet. Close to town and to Teluk Cempedak.
